Challenge
Fara Homidi was preparing to launch in Sephora stores nationwide. While education videos were needed to train Sephora’s Beauty Advisors on the brand story and product application, there was no formal shoot planned and no dedicated new footage. This meant building compelling, on-brand assets entirely from pre-existing materials while ensuring the final deliverables were engaging, consistent, and effective across Sephora’s training channels.
Approach
- Partnered closely with the Education Lead to understand training objectives, brand storytelling priorities, and key product features.
- Shaped a cohesive narrative flow that balanced brand awareness with practical product knowledge, ensuring Beauty Advisors could easily translate learnings to client interactions.
- Developed creative composition approaches that maximized limited visual assets and text treatments to maintain consistency with the brand’s look and feel.
- Applied art direction and editing expertise to bridge gaps in content, unifying stills and existing creative into a cohesive training toolkit that felt intentional and premium.
Outcome
The finished video series educated Sephora team members through engaging, polished, and brand-consistent training modules. Despite the lack of a formal shoot, the videos successfully increased Beauty Advisor confidence in both brand messaging and product details, directly supporting the launch strategy and establishing strong brand awareness to promote sales.
